Hi! My Name is Candice.

I am a wife and mommy of two. I am a business owner, and also have a certificate in nutrition. I created these programs because I have a passion for helping people get healthier from the inside out. Most of us don’t know where to start. I tried to come up with simple, step by step programs that anyone can follow. I wanted these recipes to be realistic and time saving, because honestly? I do not like to spend a lot of time in the kitchen!

I also wanted to incorporate a way to teach people to have a healthier mind and attitude starting with food as well. I believe these go hand in hand and will help you to reach your goals sooner and easier.

I myself started from the bottom. Meeting the wrong people turned into a drug addiction in my mid teenage years. To being a mom at 17 and at my heaviest of 230 pounds. Living with my own mother and little sister in a tiny apartment, and struggling with depression, guilt, my weight, and negative thinking.

Fast forward to now. Owning my first home at 20 years old, Successful business owner by 30, meeting my life partner, 2 amazing teenage daughters, and most of all…  HAPPY.

I want to share my story, in hopes of inspiring others to share theirs, and prove that you can come out on top. Live your dreams, be true to who you are, past and present and live your truth.
